Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellations must be within 48 hrs of appointment date. Must complete and sign Lavender Child Care contract before your Child can be left with Lavender Child Care. Notice Period: Weekly Enrollment: A one-week written notice is required for cancellation of weekly enrollment. Drop-In Care: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of drop-in care. Fees and Refunds: Weekly Enrollment: If a child is absent due to illness or other reasons, the full weekly fee will be charged unless a doctor's note is provided. Drop-In Care: If a drop-in care appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases of extended closures due to unforeseen circumstances. Exceptions: Extended Closures: In the event of extended closures due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or public health emergencies, the center will determine appropriate fee adjustments or refunds. Family Emergencies: In cases of family emergencies, the center may consider waiving or adjusting fees on a case-by-case basis. By clicking and submitting deposit I agree to the terms above.
